ORBIS Corporation, North America’s leader in sustainable reusable packaging, announced today that is has completed the acquisition of Cartonplast LLC’s interest in the CORBI Plastics joint venture. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The membership of the Reusable Packaging Association (RPA) has approved its Board of Directors for 2012. The eight Board members will contribute their expertise and experience to help the Association further its mission of promoting the value and expansion of reusable packaging systems.
